Fearless Leader

Tracy Reinholt, the President of Trace Matrix Inc, was a contract bookkeeper for over 15 years. She started in NYC working part time, and as her client list continued to grow, realized there was too much business for one person to handle. Tracy incorporated her practice as Trace Matrix, Inc. in December 2012, and rapidly expanded from a one woman shop to a thriving practice with an amazing fulltime staff.

When not busy crunching numbers, Tracy is also the Founder & Director of HuntersWorld, a charitable teen mentoring program started to honor her late son Hunter. This work is straight from her heart because 1 in 5 teens suffer from mental health struggles. HuntersWorld aims to change this by teaching them how to talk about and regulate their feelings. We have created a safe space for all local teens, a place where Hunter’s spirit is still alive and well.

Born & raised in Colorado, Tracy now lives with her menagerie of affectionate pets in Jersey City. When she can steal a moment away for herself, she enjoys camping, running, and a glass of wine by the fire in her back yard.

Tracy loves tackling challenging cases of bookkeeping work and specializes in creating “out of the box” solutions to find the most efficient way to maintain her clients’ books. She has enjoyed growing Trace Matrix into the successful practice it is today, and looks forward to continued growth in the years to come.
